A space adventure for MOX

The MOX Laboratory (https://mox.polimi.it/) is participating in a Joint Programme between Politecnico di Milano and ASI (Italian Space Agency) (www.asi.it)  covering different aspects of space technologies.

In particular, the involvement of the Laboratory focuses on the development of integrated physical and statistical models for the analysis of satellite data. The objective is to develop tools for monitoring and early warning of extreme events like landslides and volcanic eruptions.

The project is a 15 years-long Programme involving the Departments of Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering of Politecnico di Milano.
