Postdoctoral position in Coimbra

Postdoctoral position in computational mathematics (focusing on image processing and analysis, visualization, numerical analysis, optimization,  inverse problems in imaging, partial differential equations –  with applications in medicine) in the framework of the interdisciplinary research project “Multi-Cam Capsule Endoscopy Imagery: 3d Capsule Location and Detection of Abnormalities”, with reference  POCI-01-0145-FEDER-028960, of FCT – Portuguese national funding agency for science, research and technology.

Location:  Department of Mathematics of the University of Coimbra, Portugal.

Duration: 1 year  (possible extension –   extra 2 years).

Starting date:  October 2018.
